Go to: https://minnievillees.pwcs.edu/
- Scroll half way down
- Click on the Office 365 icon
- Login with your username and passoword
- Username is your email address: [email protected]
- Enter the password you've been using at school
- If a student does not know their email address, please look in ParentVue
- To access Canvas (homeroom) or Clever (Programs) click the "waffle".
- Scroll down
- Click on "All Apps"
CLEVER
Students can access Clever by going to: https://clever.com/in/pwcs
You can log in using one of two methods:
- Scan your Clever Badge if you are in grades K-2. It is a QR code that you should have received from your teacher.
- Login in with Office 365 if you are in grades 3-5
- Username is your email address: [email protected]
- Enter the password you've been using at school
- If a student does not know their email address, please look in ParentVue
Step 1:
- Download the Canvas
- Parent App on Android or iOS Find your school: Prince William County Public Schools-Parents
Step 2:
- Create your account
- Fill in the required information. Agree to the terms
- Click Start Participating
Step 3: Get Pair with Observer Code Open your child's Canvas Account Go to Account Settings
- Click Pair with Observer button
- Copy the code.
For parents with 2 or more children:
- Click on the 3 horizontal lines
- Click "Manage Student"
- Click the + sign Add Pairing Code
Zoom is the video conferencing software your student will use for virtual class meetings- in the event of inclement weather.
- Log into your machine and Office365.
- Go to the Waffle
- Go to All Apps and find Zoom Click on
